No matter what your end use is, Admat’s niobium plate are manufactured to high standards which include ensuring that the material’s metallurgy fits your specific requirements and application.
Admat can meet all common industrial standards for niobium plate, such as ASTM B393 R04210 or the more stringent ASTM B393 R04200 Reactor Grade specification. We can also adjust the manufacturing process to tweak certain mechanical properties, grain size or even chemistry. An example of this would be our typical sputtering target grade niobium which limits metallics to 500ppm, excluding tantalum.
Our plates are cold rolled and vacuum annealed with proprietary reduction rates to ensure ideal metallurgy. Each niobium plate undergoes a stringent inspection for dimensions, surface finish, and flatness.
Our niobium titanium alloys and ultra-high purity niobium plates (R04220 RRR Grade) are engineered for superconductor, supercollider, and high energy particle accelerator applications.
Whether you are building a tank in a chemical factory, coating glass for camera lenses, or building a supercollider, Admat has the right niobium plate for you.
Our Niobium plates are used in a wide variety of industries including:
- Industrial Synthetic Diamonds
- Superconductor and Supercollider
- Thin Film Coatings for Glass and Fiber Optics
- Nuclear Reactor
- Chemical Processes
- Commercial Lighting (sodium vapor)
