Admat’s Tungsten 10% Titanium (W10Ti or WTi) Targets are ideal for applications such as Solar, Semiconductor, or LED production. Standard purity is 4N. For advanced applications both 4N5 and 5N are available upon special request.
We offer targets in both rectangular and disc forms, with a limitation of 300mm diameter or 230mm square .
